રોદ્ર તાંડવ થકી,

ધ્રૂજતી ધરા..

અને ધરા પર..

થરથરતાં પ્રાણ-ભક્ષીઓ ,

રુદ્ર-નેત્ર તણી,

આ જ્વાળાઓ લાગતી,

લાવારસની સખીઓ....

છે પ્રકૃતિ અને શિવ,

 એક જ,

જે પોષતું તે મારતું એ ક્રમ જ છે કુદરતી....!

પ્રસૂનધૂળિધોરણી વિધૂસરાંઘ્રિપીઠભૂઃ|
ભુજંગરાજમાલયા નિબદ્ધજાટજૂટક
શ્રિયૈ ચિરાય જાયતાં ચકોરબંધુશેખરઃ|

Mean- May Lord Shiva give us prosperity, who has the moon 

 as his head-jewel, whose hair is tied by the red snake-

garland, whose foot-stool is grayed by the flow of dust from the

flowers from the rows of heads of all the Gods, Indra/Vishnu and others.

અર્થ - ચંદ્ર જેનો મુકુટ મણી છે,

જેના કેશ લાલ નાગથી બંધાયેલા છે,

જેના પગ દેવતાઓના ફુલોની રજથી ઢંકાયેલા છે,

એવા ભોળાનાથ અમને સમૃદ્ધિ આપો..
